Pathfinder Campaign idea?
Nov. 18th, 2015 04:19 pmJust a neat little idea for a campaign I had floating around.
PC Races: Gnome, Halfling, Ratfolk. Possibly homebrewed Anthropomorphic races? (Hedgefolk, Otterfolk, Badgerfolk?)
Classes: Bard, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Monk, Ranger, Rogue, Wizard, Alchemist, Witch, Samurai (Ronin), Swashbuckler.
Basically, you're playing a bunch of small, good humanoids. Aiming for sort of a Redwall-ish feel. Long story short, the PCs are citizens of a society of small humanoids that've been isolated from most of the rest of the world. Sure, they've seen some monsters and whatnot in the areas surrounding home, but nothing truly enormous.
Then as you can guess, shit hits the fan and they're tossed into things a whole lot bigger than they are. Mysteries, puzzle solving, and epic battles will await these small heroes!
Enemies will be things like Giant Spiders, Giant Owls, Humans, and other beasties.
Hedgefolk: +2 WIS, +2 CON, -2 DEX
-Quills: 1d4 when hit by melee attack. (Feat: Greater Quills - 1d6)
-+1 Natural Armor bonus
Otterfolk: +2 DEX, +2 INT, -2 STR
-Born Swimmer (Can't fail a Swim check.)
-No penalty for attacking in water
Badgerfolk: Strong: +2 STR, +2 CON, -2 DEX | Wise: +2 WIS, +2 CHA, -2 DEX
-Fearsome (Use STR bonus instead of CHA for Intimidate, Bluff)
-Storyteller (+2 to any Knowledge and Perform checks)
