Horror Game Idea

So I had this really cool idea for a modernistic Lovecraftian horror game!

Miskatonic Medical Clinic

Characters wake up to the sound of a heart monitor beeping and find themselves in what seems to be a state of the art, modern hospital room. It's not too uncomfortable, and the windows give you a beautiful view of a harbor and the sea beyond.

Of course they have no idea why they're there or how they got there, but...they also have no idea who they are, at least for the first week or so.

Within minutes of waking, a nurse will come in to check up on characters to see how they're feeling and to let them know they're in wonderful hands! They were on the brink of death, but thanks to some new cutting edge surgery, they were saved. They explain that it will be some time before they can be discharged, but after the first day, they'll be allowed to roam about the hospital for exercise.

-Setting:
~Modern: Miskatonic Clinic takes place in what appears to be a modern Boston.
~Hospital: As described, the Clinic is a state of the art hospital that's well known for its expert staff and cutting edge breakthroughs in the medical field. Or so the brochures say.
~Nurses: Men and women that're mostly in their 20's or early 30's. They're friendly enough, and tend to gossip! There's also an elderly couple that work the desks that're a bit less friendly, but hey, you can't have everything!
~The Doctor: The head honcho. The nurses all claim he's a wonderful guy who works miracles, like on your character for instance, but...you never see him. You may hear his footsteps approaching, but the moment before you'd see him, you black out.
~...things: Oh yes, what kind of Lovecraftian horror would this be without some of its signature beasties? There are plenty of things that go bump in the night, but none of the staff ever seem to notice them.
~Power flickering: Occasionally the lights will flicker or dim for a few moments, usually at night. Generally, this means something's going on.
~the mists: While the view is beautiful outside the window, opening it or a door to outside reveals nothing but a chilling mist, and possibly some vague shadows in the distance. Characters who try to step into the mist become terrified and are forced back inside.
~A visitor: Sometimes in the middle of the night, characters will receive a 'visit' from someone. Maybe they have some answers.


-Characters
~Depowered: When characters arrive, if they previously had powers, they'll find they're quite powerless.
~Memoryless for a week: Upon arrival, characters will have no memories of their past life. However, over the course of the first week, they'll slowly regain their memories. It's a side effect of the treatment that saved their lives. Don't worry, all their memories will return completely intact. Although some of them may return in nightmares or something.


-Communication
~Webcam network: Each character gets a laptop in their room with full internet access as well as a webcam interface allowing them to interact with other patients (although they are certainly more than welcome to visit their rooms or whatever.). However, looking up themselves, other characters will come up with nothing at all. Info on Miskatonic is much harder to find than you'd think.
~Passing notes (can be altered by staff): And of course, you can always see if one of those nurses will pass a note along to another patient! There's always a chance that the note they receive will not be the same, however.

Things to flesh out/do:
-Overarching plot. (DONE! For the most part.)
-Fleshed out NPCs (maybe a list of nurses/other staff? Doctor and the Visitor are all set)
-Hospital layout! (3 or 4 floors + 'secret' floors. Maps, room layouts. Need someone that's good with making maps.)
-Possible experiments. Color coded rooms? Patients numbered. Colors decide what forms of medicine/experimentation characters may receive.
-Game pages (Rules, FAQ, Maps, Apps, Reserves, Bestiary, OOC Main comm, etc.)
